The Fiscal Affairs Division is responsible for directing, controlling, and processing of all matters relative to department budgets, purchasing, requisitions, expenditures, and other fiscal matters essential to the operation of the department; the development and maintenance of an efficient vehicle equipment utilization program for department vehicles; and the development and maintenance of an efficient supply and equipment center for the department.
The division is also responsible for the disbursement of grants funds as well as providing Secondary Employment for off-duty police officers. The division is additionally responsible for the Human Resources Section that includes Personnel, Payroll, and Background and Recruitment.
